NO SHOW CLOTHES INCLUDING CHAPS.
NO EXCESSIVE HITTING OR SPURRING OF ANIMALS!  A HORSE CAN ONLY BE ENTERED ONCE PER CLASS.  except class 13 (Ribbon Race). Pay-as-you-go (no tabs).
